Lesson Plan (Open and Close Activity)

The children liked all the activities done by hand. They liked attaching and removing, touching, poking and grabbing objects — during my activity time, I want them to develop more on their fine motor skills in a creative way. I made an opening and closing activity using baby wipe lids. I added different textures inside the lids and glued it onto the board. The children enjoyed feeling the different types of textures and were interested in opening and closing the lids. They figured out by themselves how the board works and were engaged the whole time in the activity.
