My Goals as an Educator

As an educator, my goal is to support the journey of the children in their developmental stage and to create a safe and inclusive atmosphere where all students can learn, enjoy, and grow confidence in the outcome of their work. My goal is to see the working process of the child more than the result and encourage the children to d so as well. I want to expand more of my knowledge of what this field teaches and learn more deeply about how to support each and every child. I want to critically think back on my work and always relate it to what I am doing with the children. I wish to develop strong relationships, not with just the children, but also with their families and colleagues. I wish to learn more about children with disabilities and support them. Moreover, I want to be an educator that knows the needs of the child right away and can give that support to the children.
